 Dr. Chang Yi - Dentist
Dr. Yi has lived in Northern Virginia for over 20 years. While attending West Springfield High School he decided to pursue a dentistry career. Prior to his high school graduation he was accepted to Virginia Commonwealth University as part of an honors program. Dr. Yi received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1997 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2001. Sedation Dentistry and Invisalign certified, Dr. Yi has made a commitment to improve the standards of patient care. Dr. Yi is a member of American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
 Dr. Negar Tehrani – Dentist / Prosthodontist
Dr. Tehrani has lived in Virginia since September 2006. She is originally from Iran and is a Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine graduate. Upon completion of her general dentistry degree, she continued studies adding three 3 yrs of residency in the prosthodontics program. The American Dental Association recognizes Prosthodontics as a discipline focusing in full mouth rehabilitation from denture to implant supported prosthesis, as well aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Tehrani is a member of the American Dental Association, DC Dental Society, and American College of Prosthodontics. Dr. Tehrani loves treating comprehensive cases and she is also Invisalign certified.
Sedation Dentistry
It’s important to know that a visit to the dentist can be a positive experience, even when treatment is necessary. Millions of people are afraid of the dentist. They avoid dental care at all costs even when in pain or significant discomfort. This does not have to be the case! Oral sedation dentistry offers safe, effective, and comfortable treatments without the use of needles for fearful or anxious patients.
In many cases the fear of dental work develops in childhood which causes people to avoid receiving care resulting in a deterioration of dental health. When you are no longer able to stand the pain or discomfort and finally seek treatment, extensive restorative work is required. That means more time in the dental chair, more procedures, and more expense, which only furthers your trepidation. It is a nasty cycle but we can help you break that cycle!

From I-66 - Take Exit 57B – West (Rt. 50). Pass the exit for Fair Oaks Mall and then take the south exit for West Ox Road. At the 2nd stoplight, turn left onto Monument Drive. At the 3rd stoplight, turn left onto Government Center Parkway. Fairfax Corner is on the right.
